Annie-Claude Peniguel, is an accomplished coach and a proven specialist in change management. For 12 years, Annie-Claude has held several leadership positions in various private and public industries, notably within big five accounting practices and high technology firms. Her passion for coaching started to emerge 15 years ago while coaching amateur athletes. Today, she focuses on leadership coaching.. With a degree in management accounting and member of the first graduating class of Coaching de Gestion Inc., Annie-Claude is in a unique position to coach individuals and organizations towards achieving their full potential by combining her knowledge of human dynamics and high-performance organizational processes.

Annie-Claude coaches leaders in order to effectively empower key personnel and business teams to achieve exceptional results. As an external coach for executives of industry leading companies, Annie-Claude specialized in the coach approach of building high performance leaders and teams to support major business transformations. Annie-Claude coaches executives, team leaders and their teams to reach peak performance via behavioral human dynamics and enhanced use of processes and technology.

Her corporate coaching, change management consulting and training clients include senior level executives, business owners, and teams at leading companies from such diverse areas as world leading high technology companies, federal government, international socio-cultural events, major banking institutions, and leading accounting firms.

Annie-Claude, in a recent interview on television, demystified the principles of coaching for the general population as well as to increase the awareness of executive’s role in using coaching as a more effective leadership approach than the more prevalent traditional approaches.

She worked on numerous occasion with Coaching de Gestion Inc, the first and leading Quebec school of coaching, as a referred coach and her courseware “Savoir faire du coaching d’équipe”, has been integrated into their professional coach training certification which is recognized by the International Coaching Federation. She is a key contributor and a training leader for Coaching de Gestion’s professional coach training program and leader’s coaching training program. Annie-Claude is also one of their teleclass leaders with a teleclass leader certification.

Annie is also one of the founding members of “Coach Without Borders” a worldwide non-profit organization dedicated to providing coaching expertise to disadvantaged individuals, small businesses, athletes, and charitable organizations, especially in developing countries.
